
Pick Up, Vacation & holiday Policy
Pick Up Policy:
1) All orders must be placed by Sunday in order to pick up on Wednesday or Thursday. All orders placed after Sunday will be available for pickup the following week, (if I am able to make an exception because business that week is slow, I will call you and let you know). I will give you a call or text confirming which day you are coming to pick up your order. If you say you are coming on Thursday yet you come on Wednesday, your order will not be available. I make each order fresh the night before. You are free to change your pick up day, but it must be done by Tuesday before 5:00 PM.
2) Please provide your name, number, and email address on your order so that we can confirm the day that you will be picking up your order. Also so that we can keep in contact (by phone call or text) regarding your order. My time is valuable, so Please Be On Time. I will not wait around unless we’ve already discussed it. Keep in contact with me for smooth sailing.
3) If you know that you will be unable to pick up your order during the pick up hours of operation time frame that you signed up for, please give me a call, or preferably a text 24 hours in advance so that we can work out a pick up time for you on Wednesday’s ONLY. If you are not able to make it on Wednesday, you are free to pick up your order on Thursday during pick up hours of operation only. Please keep in mind that this is done as a courtesy, and not a rule. I understand that work and school drop offs can get in the way, Yet I will not be able to meet you past 4:30 PM (Oct-Mar) or 7:00 PM (Apr-Sep) on Wednesday’s because I cannot see in the dark.
If you are not able to pick up your orders at all during hours of operation, you can call or text me to work out a pick up (Thus 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM or FRIDAY 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM). If I am available, I will meet you at the alternative agreed upon time and day with your order. If you fail to come, if you’re late, if I am out of town or unavailable, your order will be discarded . All orders will be discarded after 3 days (on Saturday). No Refunds
Vacation Policy
Please understand that a few (not many) times a year I will be taking a vacation. Which means that the pick up days and times can change. Also, in a rare circumstance, I may have to take a whole week off. With that being said, I will give my customers at least one week in advance notice on my website and in an email. So please do not ignore your emails or the pop-ups on our website . You have the choice of still placing your order and picking it up the following week upon my arrival, or waiting to place your order when I return.
Holiday Policy
For Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, our pick up days will change to honor our customers getting the freshest cupcakes and treats for the holidays. For example if Christmas is on a Sunday our pick up days will change to Thursday 7:30 AM – 8:15 AM, and Friday 3:00 PM – 3:45 PM. We will let our customers know via email, and add a pop up page at least one week before the holiday as a reminder.
Large Orders
If you have a large order of 96 cupcakes or more due to a special occasion, please send me an email accompanied by a phone call and/or text at least 1 month in advance letting me know if you will need to pick up the order on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday or Friday. As long as I am in town (and 9 times out of 10 I will be), I will DEFINITELY accommodate your wishes. Contacting me less than a month in advance is okay, but there is less of a guarantee that I will be available.
Yet Please be advised that these cupcakes keep very well. So if I am unable to accommodate your request just keep the cupcakes in the refrigerator, take them out at least 45 min before serving them so that they come to room temperature. They will still taste wonderful even a few days old.
