Refund Policy
There are absolutely no refunds. However, if your product is damaged, The Sugar will replace it. Keep in mind that at the time of pickup it is your responsibility to check your cupcakes for damages with me standing next to you confirming if there is damage or not. Once you walk away after we have approved the condition of the cupcakes, The Sugar excepts no liability.
