The nutritional data of each item is calculated by using an online nutrition calculator. It is the consumer’s responsibility to determine if the baked goods fit within their own dietary restrictions. Please keep in mind that at this point in time The Sugar is an AT HOME bakery. Which means that I DO use wheat, soy, eggs, milk, tree nuts and peanut products in my kitchen for personal use. Even though I clean and sanitize thoroughly before making any products for my customers, please keep in mind that there are no 100% guarantees avoiding cross-contamination.
